Board Committees and the work of the Committees

At the present time, the Board of Directors has no remuneration committee, no audit committee nor any other committee. It is the opinion of the Board of Directors that the tasks which would otherwise be performed by committees are better performed at present by the Board of Directors as a whole. The Board of Directors will continuously review the need to set up committees.
