In accordance with previous resolutions, Cassandra AB will be liquidated.
The technology will continue, and Cassandra’s shareholders have been allocated shares in Nexergy Holding PLC on a pro rata basis relative to their holdings in Cassandra AB. Share certificates from Nexergy will be dispatched by post and are expected to reach all shareholders by the end of August, provided that the postal addresses are accurate.
Nexergy Holding PLC is preparing for an initial public offering (IPO), which will establish a trading platform for Cassandra’s shareholders.
Registered shareholders of Cassandra AB are hereby invited to an information session on August 28th from 18:00 to 19:00 in central Stockholm, with participation from Nexergy Holding PLC. The exact location will be communicated to registered participants at a later date.
