In the past few weeks significant progress has been made in the workshop in Västerås and a steady stream of part shipments continues to flow.
Sjölanders have delivered various large components for the CASO plant, one of them being the settling tank for separation of oil and gas.
Other deliveries have included the main engine, from Siemens as well as the inlet engine which is now also installed.
The solids outlet part of the plant, which include gears and yet another engine is also in place now to thanks to bringing in an extra crane for safety and support.
The CASO reactor is starting to take shape and in the coming weeks a lot of focus will lie on the electric installations which are supplied by Koteko.
